Our subscription management provider is RevenueCat. RevenueCat is used to maximise security and protect your personalinformation when subscribing to our services. All transactions are procuredover a secure internet connection. After we process payment, we will not storeyour credit card details.

Refund policy for I Can Read Online© subscribers

If you purchased a yearly or monthly subscription throughthe website or application, you can cancel your subscription at any time. I CanRead© offers a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for our website and app customers,commencing on the day of purchase of the initial subscription term. After30 days, no refunds will be offered.

To obtain a refund, please email online@icanreadsystem.com andprovide the following information:

- Your full name
- Your full address
- A contact phone number
- Your email address
- The subscription that you purchased
- The date of purchase
- The reason that you want a refund (optional)

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process yourrefund as quickly as possible (please allow up to 14 days).

ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN MADE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NO LONGER BESUBSCRIBED TO OUR SERVICES.

Cancelling and refunding your app subscription via AppleApp Store or Google Play

For both App Store and Google Play app subscriptions, youwill only be charged once your free trial period has ended. If you cancel yourpaid subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription forthe period of time that has already been paid, and no future charges will be made.

If you need to report a problem with a subscription that youhave purchased using the I Can Read Online© app, you will need to followinstructions provided by Apple or Google.
